Tagine (Tangine)

It is famous and tasty. They start to prepare it in the mornings and have it ready in around 10-11 a.m. Tagines are bigger when you go from big cities like Marrakesh. They should be eaten with pieces of bread.


It is famous and tasty. As I know, Fridays are special days to eat cus-cus (some restaurants offers it in Fridays).

Coffee houses

They are numerous and similar each other. Sometimes you can find a city with a central street full of coffee houses (and it is a problem to find a place to eat).

All days around, they are full of people. I could not understand when this people manages to earn money (as I heard, their only business is trying to sell something to tourists).
